Kenneth D. Tarbell

Kenneth D. Tarbell has over 35 years’ experience in the construction management profession. From the beginning of the building process such as RFI’s and RFQ’s to bid preparation, implementing cost controls and the entire project management process, Mr. Tarbell has been a leader in his field for over three decades.

Mr. Tarbell is a seasoned construction professional who has an impressive list of projects he has spearheaded. He has been intimately involved in over 250 projects during his career ranging from under $1 million to municipal projects in the $60 million range.

Mr. Tarbell lives just outside of Boston and graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology from their esteemed Building Construction Technology program. He went on to work as an estimator and eventually earning the title, executive vice president, of a large Boston construction firm. There he led many high-profile projects most notably the fiftieth anniversary preservation of Boston’s historic Hatch Memorial Shell.

Tarbell has extensive experience in all facets of commercial construction including overall project management, design review, project budgets, risk assessment, dispute resolution, as well as issues surrounding municipal projects such as public approval, mediation and financing.
